Main duties and responsibilities
1. Maintain office services
· Design and implement office policies ( office management, travelling, stationary, car etc)
· Establish standards and procedures
· Organize office operations and procedures
· Supervise office staff
· National wide travel arrangement
· Control correspondences
· Review and approve supply requisitions
· Maintain office equipment (facility maintenance and management)
2. Supervise office staff
· Assign and monitor clerical and secretarial functions
· Recruit and select office staff
· Orient and train employees
· Provide on the job and other training opportunities
· Supervise staff
3. Maintain office efficiency
· Plan and implement office systems, layout and equipment procurement
· Maintain and replenish inventory
· Anticipate needed supplies
· Verify receipt of supply
· Bus vendor searching and employee transportation service
